These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of transcava.com and the hauling services provided by Transcava, a sole-proprietorship owned by Ted Medina and located at 4312 Byers Lane, Marysville, CA 95901.
By accessing the Site or engaging our services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You agree not to (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, (b) use automated systems to scrape or overload the Site, or (c) upload malicious code.
Quotes provided through the Site or by phone are estimates based on the information supplied by the customer. Final invoicing reflects actual tonnage, wait time, fuel surcharges and any change orders documented at the job site.
Scheduled trucks cancelled within 12 hours of dispatch may be billed a two-hour minimum. Weather-related delays are handled case-by-case at no cost to the customer where reasonable.
Standard terms are Net 30 from invoice date. Late balances accrue interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by California law. Prompt-pay discounts may be offered to established accounts.
Transcava carries $2M commercial auto liability, $2M general liability, and California workers' compensation. Our liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the amounts recoverable under our insurance policies.
All Site content, including text, graphics, logos and photographs, is owned by or licensed to Transcava and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Yuba County, California.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
