This Privacy Policy explains how Transcava ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Ted Medina at 4312 Byers Lane, Marysville, CA 95901, collects, uses and safeguards information you provide through transcava.com (the "Site").
When you request a quote, email us or call our dispatch line we may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, project location and any details you share about the load you need moved.
Our web server and analytics tools log IP addresses, browser type, referring URLs, pages visited and approximate location for security and traffic measurement.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with (a) service providers who help us operate the Site (analytics, email delivery, hosting), (b) government agencies where required by law, and (c) insurance or permitting partners in connection with a specific job you have hired us to perform.

Quote requests are retained for 24 months. Signed contracts, invoices and DOT-required records are kept for 7 years. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to (a) know what personal information we hold, (b) request deletion, (c) opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell), and (d) not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We use TLS encryption on the Site, restrict access to customer records to employees who need it, and store paper records in a locked office at the yard.
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
